Easy Ways To Start Eating Organic

Going organic is an attractive option to many people! Organic foods are fresher, less processed, and are better for the environment than conventionally grown produce. However, it can be difficult (and by that we mean expensive), to begin buying organic. Organic foods can sometimes cost as much as 50% - 100% more than other produce!

Luckily, the rising prices don’t mean that you have to forego the benefits of eating organic. There are many different ways to save money by going organic, but if you still find it difficult to make it work, try to at least go organic on the “dirty dozen” produce.

The “dirty dozen” is a list of 12 fruits and veggies that are at the highest risk for pesticide residue. They are:
